Start a stocktake

Getting started with your first stocktake is easy, and once it’s done, you’ll have a clear picture of exactly what’s sitting on your shelves.

Log in to the app - Open the app and log in using your account details.

Tap ‘Start stocktake’ - You’ll find this on the home screen. Tap it when you’re ready to begin.

Select your area - Choose the area you want to stocktake, for example, ‘Main Bar’, ‘Cellar’ or ‘Upstairs Bar’. If you haven’t added any areas yet, you’ll be prompted to set them up. You can always come back and edit them later.

Start counting - Work your way through the list and enter the quantities for each item. You can search for products as you go, or scan barcodes to speed things up.

Allowances - Enter any allowances needed for the stocktake period.

Turnover - Enter any allowances needed for the stocktake period.

Save and complete - Once everything is accounted for tap ‘Mark as complete’ to save the stocktake.
