Quick start guide

If you’re brand new to the app, this guide will help you get up and running in just a few minutes. It covers the key steps to get set up and ready for your first stocktake.

Create your login account
When you first open the app, you’ll be prompted to create an account. Just enter your email and a password to get started. 

Add your organisation
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be asked to set up your organisation. This is usually the name of your pub or venue.

You can also create departments — for example:

Departments help you organise your stocktakes by area so you’re not guessing where things are.

Add your products
Next, add the products you stock — beers, spirits, soft drinks, snacks, whatever you need to track. Don’t worry if it’s not complete — you can always add more later.

Start your first stocktake
Once your products are in, you’re ready to go. Tap Add a stocktake, choose the department you’re counting, and start entering product quantities. You’ll see live totals as you go, and once it’s saved, you’ll have a clear record of your current stock.
