Help mode is a feature that lets your app admin see your stocktakes, so they can help you review or troubleshoot them when needed.

It’s completely optional — and only you can switch it on for your organisation.

What happens when Help mode is on?

• Your most recent stocktakes become visible to the app admin
• They can review your entries, spot errors, and offer support
• It’s useful if you’re just getting started or want someone to double-check things

How to turn Help mode on

• Go to the Home tab and Tap on your organisation name
• Select the organisation and tap on Edit
• Tap Help mode to toggle it on
• Save the changes

You can turn it off at any time.

When to use it

1. You’re doing your first stocktake and want a second pair of eyes
2. You’ve spotted a discrepancy and want help figuring it out
3. You just want reassurance that everything’s been entered correctly

If you’re not sure whether you need Help mode, it’s totally fine to leave it off. You’ll always stay in control of your organisation’s data — Help mode just opens the door for a bit of expert support when you want it.
